Conditions for pre-order items.

Attention! If the cart contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until all pre-order items are available . For this reason, the buyer is invited to make their purchases in two separate baskets, which will allow them to first receive their items in stock without waiting for the release date of the pre-order products.

The same applies if the release dates of pre-ordered products are significantly different.

Pre-orders will be honored subject to receipt of sufficient stocks from our suppliers. In the event of insufficient stock, the most recent pre-orders will be canceled and fully refunded.

Any request to cancel a current pre-order must be communicated to us by e-mail at contact@carteonepiece.com, and include the order number, as well as the buyer's first and last name.

In the case of cancellation of a pre-order, penalties and handling fees amounting to 16% of the amount including tax of the order, excluding shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund.

The delivery date appearing on the item sheet is communicated to us by the manufacturer or distributor. This date is communicated to the buyer in good faith. A delay in delivery by the manufacturer or distributor does not constitute an exclusion clause for the application of administrative fees in the event of cancellation.

The refund will be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the written request, by credit card or Paypal, depending on the payment method initially chosen by the buyer.

Upon receipt of a pre-order with deposit, the customer has 14 days from the e-mail informing them of the availability of their order to pay the balance.

After this period, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order and put the item back on sale: the amounts paid will be retained as a penalty.
