Shipments are generally made within 24 hours from France.
We only deliver to countries in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
We take full responsibility for any additional costs incurred by a customer due to a delayed/lost/misdirected order if the address provided by the customer is correct, according to French law.
Deliveries are made in France by La Poste, Colissimo or Mondial Relay and their partners abroad.
